Plan Table
* High Protein Diet
- Daily 4 eggs white + 1 Yellow
- Twice a week boil chicken
- Avoid Excess Sea Food consumption during pregnancy
* Daily 5–6-liter liquids orally
- Water, Coconut water
- Juices, Soups
- Milk, Buttermilk
* 1L milk and milk products consumption

* Small and Frequent feeds
- Eat every 2-3 hours in day time
* Daily Walk 4000-10,000 steps
- (Divide into 3 sittings to avoid exertion)

* Daily 2-3 Fruits
* Daily 1 full first mixed dry fruits
* Hygiene
- Maintain Intimate / Personal hygiene / Breast care

* Sleeping Position
- After 20-24 weeks of pregnancy, sleep in the left lateral position
* Daily Meditation twice Morning and Evening for at least 15mins
* Adequate rest

- No Uncooked / Raw food /Oily – Spicy food
- No Chinese food

* No long fasting hours

Scan frequency may differ if the Patient is Diabetic, Hypertensive, Rh Negative pregnancy, Fetal Growth Restriction, Poly or Oligohydramnios, or Doppler changes.
- All basic labs (6-8 weeks) ( CBC, Urine routine, Ultra TSH, HbA1C, Rubella IgG, BG-Rh type,Sr. Creatinine, Serology, ICT sos, Vit. B12 sos, Vit. D sos )
- Specific labs ( 12 weeks ) (Double marker test, OGCT with 75gms Glucose )
- Test for Asymptomatic Bacteriuria ( 16 weeks )
- Repeat labs ( 18 weeks )
- Repeat OGCT ( 24 weeks )
- Repeat labs ( 24 weeks ) ( CBC, Urine routine, Ultra TSH, Sr. Creatinine )
- Repeat labs ( 32 weeks ) ( CBC, Urine routine, Ultra TSH, Sr. Creatinine )
- Repeat labs ( 37-38 weeks ) ( CBC, Urine routine, Ultra TSH, Sr. Creatinine )
- Maternal 2D Echo at 32 weeks for high-risk pregnancies, Elderly gravida, etc…
In case of Rh Negative pregnancy ICT should be repeated every 3 monthly
- Flu vaccine (12 weeks)
- TT 1st dose (16 weeks)
- TdaP 2nd dose (28 weeks)
- Hepatitis B (Anytime during pregnancy)
